- Standard delivery is free to a single address in all 24 markets we serve.
- **No payment is taken on the website.** Customers submit a cart or configurator request; a specialist confirms the specification and issues a quote, and payment is arranged only after the quote and proof are approved.
- Payment methods once a quote is approved: PayPal invoice, bank transfer, or net-30 terms for established accounts. Visa, Mastercard and American Express can fund a PayPal invoice. No card details are ever collected on the website.
- Free dielines, digital proofs, artwork pre-flight and a material sample pack, all with no obligation.
- Returns: full replacement or refund within 30 days on defective, misprinted or damaged orders, with free return freight. Custom-printed goods are not returnable for change of mind.
