About Custom Boxes
We manufacture custom printed packaging for brands in 24 countries across North America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific — 31 formats, cut to your dimensions, printed to your artwork.
What we do
Custom Boxes is a packaging manufacturer, not a reseller of stock cartons. Every order is engineered around a specific product: we take your interior dimensions and packed weight, specify a board grade that survives the route the box will actually travel, cut a dieline to fit, and print it with the method that gives you the best cost per impression at your volume.
That covers corrugated mailers and shippers, folding cartons for retail shelves, rigid and magnetic gift boxes, food-grade bakery and takeaway packaging, shelf-ready retail displays, and category-specific structures for candles, soap, fragrance and footwear. If it is made from board and it holds a product, we probably build it.
How we work
Specification first
We start from the product and the route, not from a catalogue. Flute profile, edge crush rating, caliper and closure type are all chosen against how the box will be handled — which is why we ask about packed weight and delivery method before we quote.
Free dielines and proofs
Every order includes a layered dieline showing every panel, fold, bleed and safe zone, plus a digital proof. Nothing goes to press until you have approved it in writing. We check barcodes, minimum line weights and glue-tab varnish knockouts as standard.
Honest print economics
Digital, flexographic and offset each win at different volumes. We quote the options side by side and tell you where the crossover sits for your run, instead of pushing whichever process suits us.
Low minimums that scale
Start at 50 or 100 units on digital production with no plate charges. We keep your dieline, board spec and colour draw-down on file, so moving to a 10,000-unit flexo run later is a price change, not a redesign.
Where we sell
We manufacture and deliver to 24 markets only: the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada and Australia. Standard delivery to a single address in any of those countries is included free in every price on this site, and invoicing is in USD, GBP, CAD, AUD or AUD to match your delivery country. We do not take orders from other countries — concentrating on 24 markets is what lets us hold lead times and freight costs predictable.
Where to find us
We are a Manchester-based manufacturer. Our office and sampling studio share an address with our sister company Custom Swing Tags, which produces printed swing tags, hang tags and garment labelling for many of the same customers. If your project needs both boxes and tags, one conversation covers it.

Sustainability
Corrugated board is recovered at over 85% in all 24 of our markets, which makes it one of the few packaging materials with a genuinely functioning recycling stream. We default to water-based inks and can supply FSC-certified and high post-consumer recycled stocks on any format. Where a customer asks for full kerbside recyclability we will tell them plainly which finishes — plastic lamination, foil, magnets — break it, rather than selling those finishes and calling the result eco-friendly. How ordering works
There is no payment on this website. You add box types to your cart or build a specification in the configurator and submit a request. A packaging specialist reviews it, confirms the specification, and sends a written quote with freight and tax for your country. Payment is arranged only after you approve that quote and the digital proof. The full sequence is set out in our payment terms.
