What happens after you submit

  1. You submit the request. No card details, no payment. We receive your box specs, quantities and contact details.
  2. We confirm the specification. A packaging specialist checks dimensions, board grade, print method and artwork, and flags anything that would cause a production problem.
  3. You approve the final quote. We send a firm price including freight and tax for your country, plus a digital proof and dieline for approval.
  4. We invoice and produce. Payment is arranged only after you approve the quote and proof. Bank transfer, card and net terms for established accounts are all available — see our payment terms.
