No payment is taken on this website. There is no card form, no checkout charge and no stored payment data anywhere on boxes-custom.com. You add boxes to your cart, submit the request, and we get back to you to confirm the details — payment is arranged only once those details are agreed and you have approved a written quote.

The order and payment sequence

  1. You submit a request. Through the cart, the configurator or by email. No payment information is requested or accepted at this point.
  2. We confirm the specification. A packaging specialist reviews dimensions, board grade, print method, finishing and quantity, and raises anything that would cause a production problem.
  3. You receive a written quote. It states the unit price, the total, freight, applicable tax and the production and delivery timeline. Quotes are valid for 30 days.
  4. You approve the dieline and digital proof. Nothing is manufactured until you have signed this off in writing.
  5. We invoice, then produce. Payment or the agreed deposit clears, production starts, and your order ships on the confirmed schedule.

Accepted payment methods

  • PayPal invoice. We send a PayPal invoice after artwork review. You can pay from a PayPal balance or fund it with Visa, Mastercard or American Express — the card details are handled entirely by PayPal.
  • Bank transfer. ACH and wire in the US, Faster Payments and BACS in the UK, EFT in Canada, and PayID or EFT in Australia.
  • Net-30 terms. Available to established accounts following an approved credit application.

We never ask for card numbers. There is no card field anywhere on this website, and we will never request payment-card details by email, phone or web form. Card funding happens inside PayPal's own checkout, never through us.

Deposits and terms

First orders are payable in full on invoice before production begins. Repeat customers and orders above 10,000 units are commonly structured as a 50% deposit on quote approval and the balance before dispatch. Net-30 terms are available on application once a trading history is established. Late payments on net terms accrue interest at the statutory rate applicable in your country.

Currency and tax

You are invoiced in your delivery country's currency, shown on every product page. Prices for markets that require tax-inclusive pricing already contain local VAT or GST; the US and Canada have sales tax added at invoicing.

Price validity

Prices shown on product pages are indicative for the standard specification and minimum order quantity. The quote we issue after reviewing your specification is the binding figure, and it is held for 30 days. Paper and board pricing moves with commodity markets, which is why we do not hold quotes open indefinitely.

Refunds

Refunds on defective, misprinted or damaged orders are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of a claim being approved. Full details are in our returns and refunds policy.

Fraud and security

We will never email you asking for card details, and we will never change our bank details by email without a phone confirmation. Every legitimate payment request comes either as a PayPal invoice from our registered account or as bank details on a written invoice. If you receive a payment request that looks unusual, call us on +44 7362 032578 before acting on it.

Frequently asked questions

Do I pay when I add boxes to the cart?
No. This website does not take payments and never asks for card or bank details. Adding boxes to your cart and submitting the request sends us your specification. We get back to you to confirm the details, and payment is arranged only after you approve the final quote.
When do I actually pay?
After you approve the written quote and the digital proof. We then issue an invoice, and production starts once payment (or the agreed deposit) clears. Nothing is charged before you have seen and approved exactly what will be produced.
What payment methods do you accept?
PayPal invoice, bank transfer (ACH, Faster Payments, EFT), and net-30 terms for established accounts with an approved credit application. Visa, Mastercard and American Express can normally be used to fund a PayPal invoice. We never handle or store card details ourselves.
Do you require a deposit?
First orders are payable in full before production. Established accounts and orders above 10,000 units are commonly split 50% deposit on approval and 50% before dispatch. Net-30 terms are available on application once a trading history exists.
What currency will I be invoiced in?
US customers are invoiced in USD, UK customers in GBP and Canadian customers in CAD. The currency matches your delivery country and is confirmed on the quote before you approve it.
Are taxes included in the prices shown?
No. Prices on this website exclude sales tax, VAT and GST/HST/QST. The correct tax for your delivery address is calculated and shown separately on the invoice. VAT-registered UK businesses can supply a VAT number for their invoice.
