How quickly do you respond to enquiries?

Within one business day, Monday to Friday. Rush enquiries should state the delivery deadline and destination country in the first message so we can check capacity before replying.

What information do you need to quote?

Box style, interior dimensions (length × width × depth), packed weight, quantity, print requirement, delivery country and target date. Artwork is not required to quote, but it is required before production.

Can I get a physical sample before ordering?

Yes. Plain structural samples show fit and board feel; printed samples show colour and finishing. Both are produced individually and quoted separately from the production run.
