Custom boxes with a logo are the entry point to branded packaging: any box format carrying your mark, usually in one or two spot colours, printed directly on the board. It is the cheapest way to make packaging recognisably yours without a full artwork programme.

What are custom boxes with logo?
A single-colour logo on kraft is the highest return-on-spend decision in packaging. It costs a few cents per box over plain stock, requires no design work beyond a clean vector file, and turns an anonymous parcel into a brand impression at every handoff in the delivery chain.
Vector artwork is non-negotiable. A logo supplied as a low-resolution JPG or PNG cannot be printed cleanly at any size — edges break up and small type fills in. An AI, EPS or vector PDF with outlined fonts prints crisply at any scale and can be recoloured to a spot ink without loss.
Placement is where most logo boxes go wrong. A mark centred on the top panel disappears once a shipping label lands on it. Placing the logo on two side panels, or offsetting it on the top, keeps it visible after the carrier has done its work.

A vector file — AI, EPS or vector PDF — with fonts outlined. Raster formats like JPG and PNG cannot be scaled cleanly to print size; edges break up and fine strokes disappear on corrugated board.
How much does it cost to add a logo to a box?
A single spot colour typically adds a few cents per unit over plain stock at volume. On digital short runs there is no per-colour charge at all, so full colour and one colour cost the same.
Where should the logo go on a shipping box?
Not centred on the top panel — the carrier's shipping label goes there. Side panels, or an offset top position, keep the mark visible after labelling.
What is the minimum order for custom boxes with a logo?
100 boxes per size on digital printing with no plate charge. Flexographic printing is more economical above roughly 1,000 units but carries a one-time plate cost per colour.
Will my logo print accurately on brown kraft?

Can I print my logo inside the box as well?
Yes. On corrugated mailers the inside liner prints in the same pass for very little extra, and that surface is the one customers look at longest.
