A custom perfume box is a precision-fitted carton or rigid box built around a glass fragrance bottle. It has to hold an irregular heavy shape without movement, present at luxury price tiers, and often carry regulatory ingredient and flammability information on a very small panel.
Fragrance bottles are the hardest shape in packaging. They are heavy for their size, usually asymmetric, and made of glass with a metal or plastic collar that concentrates impact. The insert — cavity card, EVA foam, or a shoulder-neck rigid construction — is not optional; it is the reason the pack survives distribution.
The shoulder-neck box is the category's signature construction. An inner neck raises the base so the lid closes flush with no visible gap, which is why almost every prestige fragrance uses it. It costs more than a tuck-end carton but is what customers read as 'fine fragrance' rather than 'body spray'.
Regulatory copy competes for the same tiny panels as the design. EU and UK cosmetic regulations require an ingredient list and responsible-person details, and alcohol content brings flammability marking for transport. Planning panel allocation before the design is finished avoids a very expensive late redesign.

The construction decides how the box closes, how much it protects and what it costs. These are the formats we produce most often for custom perfume boxes.
Inner neck raises the base so the lid sits flush; the prestige standard.
Folding carton with a cavity card holding the bottle; the volume option.
Hinged rigid box with foam cavity for sets and limited editions.
Versioning-friendly construction for multi-scent collections.
Every order is cut to your interior dimensions — these are the sizes customers request most often, and a useful starting point if you are not sure where to begin.
| Size (L × W × D) | Typical use |
|---|---|
| 2 x 2 x 4 in | 30 ml / 1 oz bottle |
| 2.5 x 2 x 4.5 in | 50 ml bottle |
| 3 x 2.5 x 5 in | 100 ml bottle |
| 3.5 x 3 x 5.5 in | Large or asymmetric flacons |
| 8 x 4 x 5.5 in | Fragrance gift set with body products |
Fragrance flacons are asymmetric and vary between mould batches. Renderings are not enough.
Ingredient lists and flammability marks eat panel space and cannot be omitted.
It is the construction customers unconsciously associate with fine fragrance.
Soft-touch and heavy emboss can interact badly with cellophane overwrapping.
We manufacture for brands in 24 markets. Prices below are for one pack of 100 boxes at the standard specification. Delivery is free everywhere except Japan, where air freight is quoted separately.

The headline price includes local VAT or GST where that market requires it. If you are VAT-registered you reclaim that, so the excl. tax column is your real cost. US and Canadian prices add sales tax at invoicing instead. Volume pricing improves at 250, 500, 1,000, 5,000 and 10,000 units — see wholesale custom boxes for the volume tiers.
